FULL AND PARTIAL PLANNING
12 hours on-site day of
30 minute coordinated rehearsal week-of.
Full in-depth timeline of your day, beginning to end.
Up to 60 hours of planning hours included.
Preparation of wedding day theme and style.
First meeting to begin upon booking, and continue until two weeks prior to wedding, depending on level of assistance.
Vendor confirmation and coordination.
With full planning, you experience all of the qualities of Day-Of coordination, but with more flexibility, creativity, and assistance in being able to add parts and pieces special to you.

Our wedding assistants have experience with coordination and all the wedding-day tasks, however, will not meet with you or contact any vendors prior to your day. You put together the information, and they help execute Day-Of.
