Additional Services –What We Do (and what we don’t)

Coordination, Planning, and Hourly Assistance.

At The Woodlands we will have a staff member onsite to welcome you, check you in, show you around and for last-minute questions and emergencies, however, we do not assist with the details of your day unless, you have added on Coordination, Planning, or Hourly Assistance. Let us know how we can give you just the right amount of support for such an important day!

Adding on Clean-Up Services

You are welcome to party till midnight but after midnight, the bar needs to close, the music stop and you may then move to quiet pack out and good byes. We often have a wedding the following day so its you or your vendors job to make sure all catering dishes and drinks are gathered and tables cleared (leave linens from Woodlands on) and personal items packed out so that our team can come in EARLY the next day and break down all the items that come from us. (Unless you have a DIY package ;) If you want to do less, and enjoy more, talk to us in advance about our pack out services. All packages include us doing standard event clean up. So come, celebrate gently but with joy and remember that we will send more details about the check out process in the weeks before your event.

What we don’t do…

There are a few things that just aren’t in our wheelhouse. Some of those consist of…

• Bussing dishes

• Cater your event

• Bartending | You must have a bartender to comply with state liquor laws.

• Floral | However if you get bulk fresh flowers, you can rent bud vases from Wildwood Rentals and scatter blossoms down tables for a light and lovely look!

• Photography. . .there are so many good ones out there!

• DJ or Rent the equipment.

That way you are in the driver seat on choosing the various elements that will bring together your day with all the style and vibes that fit you personally! However if there is something you want or need, don’t hesitate to ask and we will customize some services that get you back into “enjoy the party” mode!
