Peter & Margot approached me for a destination wedding that they did not want to plan since they were both extremely busy doctors out of North Carolina. I think they win the prize for being the most laid back and completely trusting to turn all the details over to me so they could just show up and enjoy! They had an intimate group of 60 people and Margot’s mom provided feedback to dial in the style of menu.
We crafted the feel of fall elegance with subtle rustic notes. In the end, it was a joy to book each element for them from make – up and hair to catering, flowers and photography. The result was a lovely fall day for this couple who possessed a classic beauty and grounded sense of ease. A Montana inspired menu by Food for Thought featured Bison meatballs, local potatoes and Montana cheese with Pheasant canapés and Flathead Cherry Compote. Add in local trout and Elk Medallions and it is safe to say everyone was deliciously well fed! Incredible floral arrangements by Angela with Fresh Designs, music by Joe’s DJ, Hair by Theory, Make up by Indulgence, Day of Coordination by Elsa and sweet moments captured by Orange Photographie. Bar by The Zebra Cocktail Lounge, cake by Cakes by Jenn and rentals by Montana Party Rental.
